Boudoir is about capturing the beauty you possess, most times, without you even recognizing it exists.
It’s not about your hair, the makeup, the stretch marks, those wrinkles, or the lacy or racy outfits you’re putting on for the camera. It’s about “the you” you’re showing up as for the camera…
But more importantly, how you show up for yourself.
Unleashing and allowing yourself to own all that you are and to love yourself exactly as you are in the moment is a known side effect for those who were once scared to step in front of the boudoir photographer’s camera.
Exposing your beauty and capturing it is the ultimate goal of your boudoir experience.
It’s actually quite the opposite of putting on a show. But in a way, it allows you to be free from the constraints you make on your beauty while you’re operating in your day-to-day roles.
Show up as who you are. Be genuine. Do only what you feel comfortable doing.
You are the one in control of how much beauty you want to radiate. How much you want to enjoy the experience.
